Hi, I'm Sarrah Chapman
While working in corporate sales and marketing for a lovely company where everyone called me “Little Mama Earth,” I looked like I had it all together, while feeling like a total mess on the inside. I’d spend hours in meditation before work, just to make it through the day.
Even after I left to follow my passions, I'd ask my husband "are you mad at me?" three times a week. I was numbing out with drinking because I couldn't speak up for what I needed. I was exhausted from people-pleasing, ignoring my gifts, and abandoning my desires to be likeable.
A major turning point hit me when I realized I was depressed - again - and numbing out instead of being present with my son, because I was trying to fit into yet another box I'd outgrown.
That's when I finally said yes to the Akashic Records training I'd been putting off for years. And everything shifted.
I discovered I'm built as a Divine Love and Healing Soul, a little squishy on the outside with a badass hidden underneath that I'd been suppressing my whole life.
